Sima is Our Shared Journey.
For me, Sima is not simply an automotive company. It stands for effort, trust and a responsibility that grows across generations.
Over the years I have worked in different roles within this organization. I met customers in the field, managed sales processes and worked in service operations. Today, as General Manager, I am part of the team shaping our future. That is why I do not just manage Sima; I know it through lived experience.
My greatest goal is to take Sima Otomotiv beyond being one of the most trusted automotive companies in its region, making it an exemplary organization in Türkiye that embraces digitalization, focuses on customer experience and keeps improving.
We do not see a customer as a one-off sale. We believe in a long companionship that begins after the vehicle is handed over. Trust is built only by keeping promises year after year.
