2. Data processed and purposes
Contact form: full name, phone number, email address, message content, transaction security logs and a submission security identifier are processed to route and respond to enquiries, protect records and prevent misuse.
Applicant form: full name, city, phone number, email, selected department, desired position, applicant statements, photo, CV, KVKK consent records and transaction security information are processed for recruitment and applicant evaluation.

Consent-based usage measurement: the Google tag may load with analytics storage disabled by default to apply your consent choice. Loading the tag file may transmit limited technical connection information to Google. Only after analytics consent is given are visited pages, page titles, session information and limited device/browser information processed through Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated usage, monitor performance and improve the user experience. Advertising personalization and retargeting are not used.

3. Collection methods and legal grounds
Data is collected through electronic forms, uploaded documents, security logs and actions taken by users. Processing is based on the conditions in Turkish Law No. 6698, including assessment of requests or applications, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of rights, and legitimate interests provided fundamental rights are not harmed. Separate explicit consent is obtained where required.
4. Transfers
Data may be shared only for the relevant purposes with authorized Sima Otomotiv staff, the SimaHR system used for contact and application records, secure hosting and technical support providers, and legally authorized public authorities. Job applications in SimaHR are evaluated in an area accessible only to authorized HR users.
After analytics consent, measurement data may be transferred to our technical provider Google and processed on its global infrastructure. Analytics measurement starts only after acceptance; advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals remain disabled. Limited technical information associated with loading the tag is described above.
5. Retention and security
Contact records are kept for the period necessary to conclude enquiries and fulfil applicable legal obligations. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for one year according to the published applicant privacy notice; valid deletion requests and legal conditions are assessed separately.
Forms are protected by HTTPS, Cloudflare Turnstile, submission limits and server-side validation. Application files undergo an antivirus check before entering the secure document area.
6. Your rights
Requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 may be sent to the postal or email address above, together with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests are evaluated through the procedures and within the time limits required by applicable legislation. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority provides further information on the duty to inform.
7. External links and updates
External services such as Renault, Dacia, Renew, social media and directions have their own privacy policies. This notice may be updated when website services or processing activities change.
The homepage Instagram section retrieves only public posts from Sima Otomotiv's account on the server. Unless a visitor opens an Instagram link, it does not send visitor identity, form data or the site's access token to Meta.
